Frequently Asked Questions about Vevox pricing

How are the Institution and Enterprise plans priced?

Neither plan has a published price. The price is scoped to your organization, based on how many people will use it and which features you need, and each plan runs as an agreement over a fixed term, usually around three years, and up to five at the longest. We put the quote together for your setup and invoice it locally.

Are the plans billed per user?

No. The Institution and Enterprise plans are not sold as a fixed number of individual seats. The price is worked out for your organization as a whole, based on your size and how you plan to use Vevox.

What is the difference between the Institution plan and the Enterprise plan?

It is the same Vevox platform. Institution is Vevox's pricing for schools, colleges and universities, and Enterprise is the pricing for companies and other organizations. The toggle above switches between the two so you can see which one fits.

Can we try Vevox before we commit?

Yes. There is a free Vevox plan you can sign up for straight away, and we will also run a demo set up around how your organization would use it, whether that is classes, training or meetings.

Does Vevox work with the tools we already use?

Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint integration is built in, and the Institution and Enterprise plans add integration with your LMS or VLE. If you have a specific system in mind, we can confirm it before anything is signed.

How is it invoiced?

Through Viducon in Denmark. You get a Danish invoice payable by bank transfer rather than paying Vevox directly by card, and you have someone local to contact if anything comes up.
