5. Visit our website

5.1 When you visit our website, we collect selected information about your behavior, including IP address, behavior history and information about your browser. The purpose is to optimize the user experience on viducon.dk and for the purpose of marketing, including retargeting via advertising platforms. This treatment is necessary in order to safeguard our legitimate interests.

6. Basis of treatment and purpose

6.1 We collect and use personal information in connection with the functions and purposes described below. We may also process your personal data for other purposes if we are entitled or obliged to do so by law. We only collect and use your personal data for the purpose of ensuring you the best possible experience on viducon.dk.

6.2 We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to be able to service you in relation to inquiries, services and products. We collect your e-mail address in order to get in touch with you when this is relevant. We collect your telephone number in order to contact you with questions and information related to your inquiry.

6.3 If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can sign up for and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time.

6.4 If you do not want to provide the personal data that is required to complete an inquiry, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to enter into a dialogue.

6.5 Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have given consent to its processing for the purpose of receiving the newsletter) will be deleted 5 years after the inquiry is completed.

7. Other recipients of personal information

7.1 If you have ordered delivery of a product via our eShop, the information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be handed over to our shipping companies, GLS DAO and PostNord, for the purpose of delivering your purchases.

7.2 In connection with repair of products, Viducon ApS collaborates with a number of selected service partners. In the event that a product is sent to a service partner, general personal information of the end customer, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail, to the extent necessary to be able to fulfill obligations between Viducon ApS and the customer, will be shared with the relevant partner.

7.3 Personal information may be left to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, technical operation and improvements of our website, sending out newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting. These companies are to be regarded as Data Processors, and process personal data solely on the basis of our instructions. We have entered into data processor agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data. Finally, information can be passed on to authorities when this is done in accordance with law.

7.4 Viducon ApS primarily uses external partners within the EU. To the extent that a partner (“Data Processor”) is used outside the EU, Viducon ApS has secured legal authority for third country transfers.

8.1 As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment at all times. For personal data that Viducon ApS has registered about you, you have the right to request the following from us at any time:

8.3 In order to exercise your rights, you will be asked to confirm your identity, in order to ensure that only you have access to review or correct your data. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
