With over 14 years of experience from AkademikerPension and previous roles at Reuters, Morgan Stanley, ATP and Carnegie Bank Louise Jørring Gev has broad expertise in the development of basic and quantitative investment strategies, financial modeling and assessment of material ESG and sustainability issues. Louise has also through many years of work with Danish equity investments been close to the development of the largest Danish companies, be it commercially, financially or strategically. Louise is currently the share manager of AkademikerPension, where she is responsible for almost DKK 50 billion. DKK in listed equity investments, which include both internally and externally actively managed portfolios. Louise holds an advisory role on Viducon’s Advisory Board. Louise is also active as a mentor in Copenhagen Fintech.

Over the past 15 years, Ilya Katsnelson, through her investment firm, R&M Holding ApS, has acted as angel investor, VC and PE investor in more than 20 start-ups and funds covering a wide range of areas from medical equipment and real estate investing to digitization and catering industry. He has previously been employed as CEO, COO and Sales Director in a number of companies within logistics, international trade and IT. He is a US citizen, now permanently resident in Denmark. Ilya is an investor in Viducon and plays an active role in the company’s advisory board.

Sharon Akler has extensive experience in international sales and marketing with a background from R&D and management, and with more than 20 years of experience from international companies and start-ups. His background counts extensive international and cross-cultural exposure in a broad network. He volunteers in various accelerator set-ups and Danish municipalities and helps startup companies achieve their revenue goals. Sharon takes an active role on Viducon’s advisory board.
