Viducon’s team consists of a strong team of employees with expertise, experience and passion for video as an integrated element in teaching and employee training. We are a full-service company providing services, software and hardware in the field of video.
We sell international software platforms such as Panopto, hihaho, D2L Brightspace and Vevox. Platforms that make it easy for educators to produce digital learning. In addition, we sell a number of products such as MXL and Pixem 2.
Viducon ApS was established in 2014 by students from Cand.merc. (it.), who worked at the CBS Learning Lab at Copenhagen Business School. Here we developed a basic and solid understanding of how to most optimally integrate video as part of the teaching. We found a number of well-functioning solutions, including Panopto. Today, we have expanded the business and, in addition to advising on and selling video platforms, also handle workshops, 1st line support, installations, video services and sales of hardware for educational use.
At Viducon, the customer is the focus of our attention. We build long-term customer relationships based on trust, cooperation, professionalism and experience. D2L Brightspace is a user-friendly Learning Management System that is easy to access, whether you are on your tablet, mobile or computer. As a student, you can take a quiz or read a finished text on your mobile. In addition, the Brightspace app can also help students keep track and be on-track with reading.

With over 14 years of experience from AkademikerPension and previous roles at Reuters, Morgan Stanley, ATP and Carnegie Bank Louise Jørring Gev has broad expertise in the development of basic and quantitative investment strategies, financial modeling and assessment of material ESG and sustainability issues. Louise has also through many years of work with Danish equity investments been close to the development of the largest Danish companies, be it commercially, financially or strategically. Louise is currently the share manager of AkademikerPension, where she is responsible for almost DKK 50 billion. DKK in listed equity investments, which include both internally and externally actively managed portfolios. Louise holds an advisory role on Viducon’s Advisory Board. Louise is also active as a mentor in Copenhagen Fintech.
Over the past 15 years, Ilya Katsnelson, through her investment firm, R&M Holding ApS, has acted as angel investor, VC and PE investor in more than 20 start-ups and funds covering a wide range of areas from medical equipment and real estate investing to digitization and catering industry. He has previously been employed as CEO, COO and Sales Director in a number of companies within logistics, international trade and IT. He is a US citizen, now permanently resident in Denmark. Ilya is an investor in Viducon and plays an active role in the company’s advisory board.
Sharon Akler has extensive experience in international sales and marketing with a background from R&D and management, and with more than 20 years of experience from international companies and start-ups. His background counts extensive international and cross-cultural exposure in a broad network. He volunteers in various accelerator set-ups and Danish municipalities and helps startup companies achieve their revenue goals. Sharon takes an active role on Viducon’s advisory board.
