We can offer a number of services including assistance for recording and live streaming. Moreover, we offer workshops in practical application of the video solution, Panopto. These workshops are tailored to the needs of the customer. 

Our areas of services cover:

• Live streaming and recording of events, presentations, seminars, conferences and lecture capture
• AV solutions and installations related to video – set up and counseling in relation to video equipment for training and education in conference rooms, lecture halls and classrooms. 
• Workshops – training in the video platform, Panopto, which is intelligent software for video training.

In July 2022, the University of Copenhagen held the conference International Congress of Mathematicians. They had to quickly adjust when the event was moved from Skt. Petersburg due to the war in Ukraine and went from physical to online.  For six days we had the pleasure of recording 25 talks, the majority of which were livestreamed to viewers from all over the world. Event manager Natalie from KU says:

“We asked Viducon to take care of the recording and streaming of about 25 talks for the ICM, a very important event that had been moved online one rather short notice. Our local event in Copenhagen needed to be coordinated with a global online platform, following a very strict schedule, with online moderators and physical participants. Matias, who ran the recording and streaming for us, was amazing! He was dedicated, organized and 100% reliable. He was also very good at communicating with our rather mixed crowd of speakers, so everyone had a good experience”.
